1. Product scheme: TVC heat pump four-effect evaporation crystallization, ammonium sulfate magnesium sulfate salt deammonification
2. Source of wastewater: It is the wastewater generated by the production of alkali sulfide and battery grade manganese sulfate in the previous section
3. Water quality: mainly containing ammonium sulfate, alkali sulfide and a little manganese sulfate wastewater.
4. Treatment process: After pretreatment + ammonium sulfate evaporation + magnesium oxide + evaporation magnesium sulfate heptahydrate

Product Features

The four-effect evaporation crystallization equipment adopts the principle of multi-effect evaporation, and realizes the effective utilization of heat energy through the four evaporators working in series. Each evaporator has an independent heating system and evaporation chamber, and the material is heated and evaporated through four evaporators in turn, and the steam generated is used as the heat source of the next evaporator, transferring heat energy step by step, and finally realizing the full utilization of heat energy.

1. The project realized resource recycling and obtained process-grade ammonium sulfate and magnesium sulfate.
2. The operating cost of a ton of water is about 60 yuan, and the operating cost is controlled reasonably to realize the transformation of resources into treasures.
