Innovatively developed the process flow of "sedimentation removal of silicon → low temperature evaporation concentration → physical removal of silicon →MVR evaporation crystallization → drying → packaging", and built a continuous pre-concentration, filtration and separation device for silicon dioxide, and a continuous evaporation and crystallization device. The traditional process idea is changed, the process of drug pretreatment, film concentration and evaporation crystallization is adopted, and the process of low temperature evaporation and physical silicon removal is adopted. To reduce the cost of dosing, the traditional chemical desilication process is changed to the whole physical desilication process. The use of low temperature evaporation crystallization process to prevent equipment scale, ton of water running cost ≤12 yuan, the purity of the powder 99%, high-quality desalted water conductivity ≤10us/cm, much higher than the same industry.
New MVR evaporator crystallization technology
Achieve energy saving of more than 80%, do not need boiler, save space, recycle water resources, automatic control, low temperature evaporation. After the secondary steam separated from the evaporator is compressed by the compressor, its temperature and pressure rise, the heat enthalpy increases, and then enters the evaporator hot chamber to condense and release latent heat. The material liquid on the heated side gets heat and boils and vaporizes to produce secondary steam after separation into the compressor, repeating the above process again and again. The secondary steam evaporating from the evaporator is continuously compressed by the compressor, increasing the enthalpy and returning to the evaporator as the heat source of evaporation, so that the heat energy of the secondary steam can be fully recovered and utilized, and the generated steam can be saved to achieve the purpose of energy saving; At the same time, it also eliminates the secondary steam cooling water system, saves a lot of cooling water and uses a special mechanical seal structure to solve the sealing problem, replaces the traditional dry friction mechanical seal, has a good sealing effect, and improves the life of the seal.
Sludge drying carbonization and reuse
