Project Introduction
Design scheme: MVR evaporation crystallization system
1. Product scheme: The process route of wastewater nanofiltration +MVR evaporator + cold salt separation, the by-product salt (sodium chloride, sodium sulfate) has reached the industrial grade
2. Evaporator capacity: 37.2t/h
3. Evaporation of evaporator: nitrate concentration: 18t/h+ salt crystallization 11.2t/h + recrystallization: 2t/h+5t/h+12t/h freezing
4. Evaporator steaming material: 2205/TA2

Product Features
MVR is the abbreviation of mechanical vapor recompression technology, which uses the secondary steam and energy generated by the evaporation system itself to compress low-grade steam into a high-grade steam heat source through the mechanical work of the steam compressor. This cycle provides heat energy to the evaporation system, reducing the demand for external energy, thereby improving thermal efficiency, reducing energy consumption, reducing pollution, and achieving the purpose of energy saving.
Project results
1. The project has been in operation for 4 years, with a total of 4 sets of evaporators.
2. Realized resource recycling:
Sodium chloride purity is greater than 98.5%, industrial dry salt grade, in line with GB/T5462-2015 index requirements.
The purity of sodium sulfate is greater than 99%, the industrial second class, in line with GB/T6009-2014 index requirements.
3. The operating cost of a ton of water is about 30 yuan, and the operating cost is controlled reasonably to realize the transformation of resources into treasures.
4. This project is the first batch of large-scale projects for waste water resource disposal in the coking industry.
