MVR is the abbreviation of mechanical vapor recompression technology, which uses the secondary steam and energy generated by the evaporation system itself to compress low-grade steam into a high-grade steam heat source through the mechanical work of the steam compressor. This cycle provides heat energy to the evaporation system, reducing the demand for external energy, thereby improving thermal efficiency, reducing energy consumption, reducing pollution, and achieving the purpose of energy saving.
Project results
1. Realized resource recycling:
Sodium sulfate industrial dry salt grade, in line with GB/T5462-2015 index requirements.
Magnesium sulfate industrial grade, in line with GB/T7118-2008 index requirements.
2. The operating cost of a ton of water is about 30 yuan, and the operating cost is controlled reasonably to realize the conversion of waste resources into treasure.
3. This project is a model project in the lithium battery industry, and the process technology of this project is currently at the leading level at home and abroad.
