Product Features
MVR is the abbreviation of mechanical vapor recompression technology, which uses the secondary steam and energy generated by the evaporation system itself to compress low-grade steam into a high-grade steam heat source through the mechanical work of the steam compressor. This cycle provides heat energy to the evaporation system, reducing the demand for external energy, thereby improving thermal efficiency, reducing energy consumption, reducing pollution, and achieving the purpose of energy saving.
Project results
1. Realized resource recycling:
Sodium sulfate purity is greater than 98%, industrial dry salt grade, in line with GB/T6009-2014 index requirements.
Sodium nitrate purity is greater than 98%, industrial qualified products, in line with the GBT-4553-2016 index requirements.
2. The operating cost of a ton of water is about 110 yuan, and the operating cost is controlled reasonably to realize the transformation of resources into treasures.
3. The project is a model project of salt separation for the new desulfurization process in the metallurgical industry.
