Product Features
MVR is the abbreviation of mechanical vapor recompression technology, which uses the secondary steam and energy generated by the evaporation system itself to compress low-grade steam into a high-grade steam heat source through the mechanical work of the steam compressor. This cycle provides heat energy to the evaporation system, reducing the demand for external energy, thereby improving thermal efficiency, reducing energy consumption, reducing pollution, and achieving the purpose of energy saving.
Project results
1. The equipment has been running stably for more than 5 years, and its energy-saving advantages are particularly significant, saving more than 90% of condensate water, 80% of human resources, 60% of the site, and achieving 95% of the hybrid salt resources.
2. The operating cost of the equipment per ton of water is reduced to about 10 yuan, and the industrial by-product salt reaches the first-class standard.
3. The customer unit is one of the standard formulation units for industrial by-product salt.
