Pressure analysis of continuous crystallization forced-circulation evaporator during operation
When the continuous crystallization forced circulation evaporator is operated, the evaporation device consumes a large amount of heating steam during operation, and the drying equipment can be divided into normal pressure, increasing pressure and reducing pressure according to the different air pressure. No matter what kind of pressure state, there are several kinds of exercise conditions:
1. Direct contact heat transfer between heating medium and solution, such as submerged combustion evaporator.
2. The boiling solution passes through the heating surface once in the evaporator heating chamber without circulating flow, that is, the concentrated liquid is discharged, such as lifting film type, stirring film type, etc.
3. The boiling solution passes through the heating surface many times in the heating chamber, such as the hanging basket type, the outer surface hot type, the forced circulation type, etc.
