Technological principle
The washing water obtained after washing the high salt solid waste water is high salt waste water. The process of "neutralization, regulation, weight removal and impurity removal" is adopted for the pretreatment of washing water. Using the water treatment technology, extracting potassium, sodium and other resources to make industrial salt, can realize the reuse of wastewater and the resource of salt.
Process flow
The washing water obtained after washing the high salt solid waste water is high salt waste water. The process of "neutralization, regulation, weight removal and impurity removal" is adopted for the pretreatment of washing water. By adding sodium sulfide, sodium carbonate, sodium hydroxide, PAC, PAM and other chemicals step by step after mixing reaction, remove heavy metals, hardness, SS, colloids and other impurities in the wastewater, effluent turbidity < 5NTU.
Salt-washing water purification and impurity removal is divided into two purification sections. In the first stage of neutralization and precipitation process, the heavy metals (including zinc, thallium, etc.) are removed by stirring with sodium sulfide and heavy supplement for 30-60min. After the reaction is completed, the art-flow enters the two-stage reaction tank, and the liquid alkali and sodium carbonate are added to the two-stage reaction tank successively for 30min, and the heavy metal ions in the solution are hydrolyzed and precipitated or carbonate precipitated to get out. Then add dilute hydrochloric acid to return to neutral, and add flocculant at the same time to avoid the filter press filtration difficulties. The filtered filtrate flows into the refined liquid cache pool A, and the high level overflows into the refined liquid cache pool B. After being cached for 3 days, the filtrate is transferred to the evaporation salt division process (2 cache pools are set, each 300m³).
The impurity removal system adopts automatic control system, with automatic dosing, temperature control, feeding, pressing, reverse blowing discharge and other functions, to minimize the number of operators.
