Vacuum concentration equipment is suitable for the concentration of feed liquid in pharmaceutical, food, chemical and other industries, and can be used for alcohol recovery and simple reflux extraction. Equipment and material contact parts are made of stainless steel, with good corrosion resistance, and in line with GMP standards.
Operation method
Vacuum reduced-pressure concentrator feed liquid using vacuum feeding.
Open the vacuum pump first, and open the feed valve at the same time, so that the liquid level in the tank does not exceed the sight mirror on the tank body to ensure a certain evaporation space and reduce fog entrainment.
After the charging valve is closed, the jacket steam can be opened into the valve, so that the liquid material in the tank can adapt to boiling and start to evaporate (the heated steam can enter the jacket after the pressure reducing valve is reduced to ≤1.5kg/cm2), in order to speed up the evaporation speed and reduce the evaporation temperature, the vacuum degree is determined by the user according to different requirements. When opening the jacketed steam valve, the cooling water inlet valve should be opened.
With the continuous evaporation of the liquid in the tank, the liquid level drops. Therefore, continuous feeding can be used to ensure that the liquid level in the tank does not change. Intermittent feeding is also available. Either way, the tank vacuum can be used at any time during operation.
When the operation is complete, the vacuum or negative pressure must be completely eliminated (that is, the vacuum pump stops, the valve on the exhaust pipe is opened, and there is no vacuum on the p1 and p2 vacuum meter), and then the manual operation is carried out, such as opening the discharge port, slag outlet, and liquid outlet.
The proportion of concentrated liquid should not be greater than 1.2~1.25, otherwise it will be difficult to give material and clean.
Structure operation
The equipment mainly consists of concentration tank, first condenser, vapor-liquid separator, second condenser, cooler and liquid barrel six components, all made of stainless steel.
In order to meet the needs of different scale pharmaceutical plants and experimental departments, the vacuum concentration tank specification series includes 50L, 100L, 200L, 300L, 500L, 700L, 1000L and 2000L, a total of eight kinds of concentration tanks for jacket structure, the condenser is tubular, the cooler is coiled tube.
Vacuum feeding is used, so when in use, open the vacuum pump and open the feed valve at the same time, the liquid level in the tank in order to ensure a certain evaporation space, it is appropriate to be close to the barrel mirror. After closing the charging valve, the jacket steam valve can be opened, so that the feed liquid in the tank can boil moderately and start to evaporate. In order to accelerate the speed, the vacuum concentration is used, and the vacuum degree is determined by the different requirements of the user.
When the equipment is used as a concentration process, the first condenser does not need to pass condensate water, otherwise it will produce internal reflux, slowing down the concentration rate, and in the recovery of alcohol or simple extraction process, the first condenser to pass condensate water to produce condensation and condensation is meaningful.
Operation can be divided into two kinds of continuous and gap, if the pressure reduction process is used, continuous feed, the flow meter should be prepared on the feed pipe to control the feed amount. The flow meter model is recommended to use LZB-10, or LZB-15, and its flow range depends on the size of the enrichment tank. The feeding height should not make the liquid section in the tank exceed the barrel sight mirror. However, at present, many pharmaceutical factories use gap operation for more, so the operation is simpler and the efficiency is lower, but the operation is more convenient. Discharge can only be carried out after normal pressure is restored in the tank, so it is gap discharge.
The principle of concentration of the equipment is relatively simple, that is, the extraction liquid is heated and boiled, the water is evaporated, and the foam with active components in the evaporated secondary steam is separated from the reflux cylinder in the vapor-liquid separator, so as to avoid waste. The evaporation strength is generally 50~60. Due to the limited structure and easy cleaning, the proportion of concentrated liquid should not be greater than 1.2~1.25kg/m2h. Otherwise giving material and cleaning will bring a certain difficulty.
Scope of application
It is mainly used for the concentration of liquid materials in pharmaceutical, food, chemical and other industrial sectors, and can also recover alcohol and simple reflux extraction.
Device characteristics
1) In order to prevent the material from being contaminated, all parts in the vacuum reduction concentrator in contact with the material are made of stainless steel.
2) In order to improve the effect of vapor-liquid separation and fog trapping, an air filter layer is added to the top of the concentration tank.
3) In order to overcome the disadvantage that the secondary steam on the top of the concentrate tank is condensed before entering the condenser and returned to the tank. In this equipment, the condenser is changed to the inclined horizontal type.
4) In order to improve the production capacity of the equipment, the equipment will increase the heating area of the concentrator jacket, the condensation area and the cooler area in different procedures.
5) In order to prevent the dead Angle of the concentration tank outlet pipe, this product adopts stainless steel spherical cock, which is directly installed at the bottom of the tank.
6) A quick-opening hand hole is provided at the lower part of the enrichment tank to clean up the residual liquid and residue in the tank.
