Product introduction
The equipment is easy to operate and reliable to use. It has the characteristics of no pollution to the production environment and low noise, so it is widely used in the concentration and distillation process of liquid materials in pharmaceutical, food, chemical and other industries.
The spherical concentrator is mainly composed of four parts: the main body of the concentrator, the condenser, the vapor-liquid separator and the liquid receiver.
Scope of application
It can be used for concentration, distillation and recovery of organic solvent in pharmaceutical, food, chemical and other industries. Due to the use of vacuum concentration, the concentration time is short, and will not destroy the active composition of the heat sensitive material. The equipment and material contact parts are made of stainless steel, with good corrosion resistance, durable, and in line with GMP standards.
Device characteristics
The spherical concentrator equipment is mainly composed of six parts: concentrator tank, first condenser, vapor-liquid separator, second condenser, cooler and receiving barrel. The specification series is 500L, 1000L, the concentrator is jacket structure, the condenser is tube type, the separator is baffle type, and the cooler is snake tube type. Vacuum distillation, in order to reduce the liquid level pressure, the liquid boiling point is reduced accordingly, because the liquid distillation is the fastest at the boiling point, so the level of vacuum degree is adjusted by the user according to the thermal sensitivity of the liquid.
When using the spherical concentrator, open the vacuum port and feed port valves, and pump the liquid into the tank. When the liquid level in the tank reaches a certain height, close the feed valve, and slowly open the steam inlet valve. After boiling the liquid in the tank for a few minutes, pay attention to maintaining the steam pressure and vacuum program at this time (it can also be controlled by temperature to make the boiling proceed normally). The distilled liquid passes through a separator, some of which returns to the main tank. The non-condensing part is condensed into liquid through the condenser into the receiving bucket for addition or discharge. After the concentration is finished, the vacuum port and steam port valves are closed, and the air port (that is, the straight nozzle plug valve) are discharged under normal pressure.
