Scope of application
Suitable for scale, crystallization, heat sensitivity (low temperature), high concentration, high viscosity and containing insoluble solids, such as chemical, food, pharmaceutical, environmental protection engineering, waste liquid evaporation recovery and other industries.

Device characteristics
    (1) The equipment is suitable for a wide range of material characteristics relative to processing. Among them, it is mainly for the materials that are easy to scale in the evaporation process, the materials that have crystal precipitation during the evaporation process, the materials that the viscosity phase should increase with the increase of concentration, and the materials with insoluble solid materials.
    (2) In the evaporation process, the material is heated through forced circulation, the flow speed in the tube is fast, the heat is uniform, the heat transfer coefficient is high, and the dry wall phenomenon can be prevented.
    (3) The material liquid is heated quickly by the heater through the forced circulation pump, and the top comes out directly into the evaporation separator, and the vapor liquid separation effect is good.
    (4) Material evaporation and concentration through equipment, vacuum low-temperature evaporation and concentration, coupled with continuous input and outlet of materials, heating evaporation time is short, suitable for the heat sensitive evaporation and concentration of food sauce materials.

    (6) The equipment can be configured with an automation system to realize automatic control of feed volume, automatic control of heating temperature, automatic control of discharge concentration, and can also be equipped with protection measures for sensitive materials in case of sudden power failure, failure, other safety, alarm and other automatic operation and control.
