First, after the material is transported to the feeding hopper by the screw conveyor, it is first stirred and broken by the first line of the mixing device in the hopper, and then transported by the two-axis screw device. After the material is transported to the drying cylinder, it is carried to the height by the lifting part placed in the drying cylinder body, and then due to the action of gravity, it just falls on the high-speed rotating crushing shaft and is quickly broken into small particles. Increased specific surface area, can be quickly dried. This cycle continues until the material is discharged.
Second, in the operation process, the hot medium (hot air, gas or steam, etc.) is in direct contact with the sludge and flows through the sludge layer at low speed to absorb the water in the sludge. Part of the exhaust gas is returned to the original system for reuse through the heat recovery system, and the rest is sent to the exhaust gas treatment system.
Third, the thermal efficiency and evaporation rate are high, which can increase the solid content of the sludge from 25% to 85% to 95%.
Fourth, due to the direct contact with the sludge, the thermal medium will be polluted, and the discharged wastewater and water vapor will be discharged after harmless treatment.
