Each hearth section is equipped with a disposal outlet around and in the center of the hearth, and the disposal is mutually discharged from the outer side of the hearth to the inner side of the hearth and from the inner side of the hearth to the outer side of the hearth by the mixing teeth installed on the mixing arm of the central shaft running at a low speed (0.5-3rpm). Process flow
The residual sludge produced by industrial sewage treatment is used as raw material. After drying, the sludge is activated by adding activator. After drying, grinding, adding inert gas pyrolysis carbonization. Finally, after cooling, washing and drying, the activated carbon based on sludge was prepared. Using a large amount of residual sludge produced by industrial sewage treatment as raw material, the preparation of activated carbon from sludge has achieved the purpose of "turning waste into treasure" and "treating waste with waste", and has significant environmental and social benefits. At the same time, the organic matter in the sludge can be completely carbonized under the condition of high temperature pyrolysis.

Operation procedure
1. After drying the chemical sludge after belt press filtration, the dry sludge is obtained;
2. Add the activation liquid to the dry sludge, impregnate and activate at the temperature of 50 ~ 100°C, the activation time is 2 ~ 1Oh, stir while activating;
3. Then dry, grind;
4. Using inert gas as protection gas, pyrolysis at 600 ~ 900°C for 0.5 ~ 5h;
5. Cooling, washing, drying, sludge activated carbon.
