Mvr-forced circulation continuous crystallizer (MVR-FC) is composed of crystallization chamber, circulation tube, circulation pump, heat exchanger, etc. The crystallization chamber has a conical bottom, after the crystal slurry is discharged from the cone bottom, it is pumped through the heat exchanger through the axial flow circulation of the circulation pipe, and it is heated or cooled, and then it enters the crystallization chamber again, so the circulation is continuous, so the crystallizer belongs to the crystal slurry circulation type. The slurry discharge outlet is located near the bottom of the cone of the crystallization chamber, while the feed port is at a lower position below the discharge port. And the secondary steam from the upper part of the crystallizer after gas-liquid separation into the compressor compression heating and pressure, and then re-into the heating chamber heat exchange, to maintain the evaporation temperature of the system. No additional steam is required during normal and stable operation of the system.
Device characteristics
1. Large heat transfer coefficient, anti-scaling, strong adaptability, easy to clean
2. The evaporator is heated evenly in the tube through forced circulation, and the heat transfer coefficient is high, which can prevent the phenomenon of "dry wall"
3. Continuous feed in and out, feed liquid and required concentration to achieve automatic control
4. Suitable for easy crystallization or high viscosity (salt) solution
