Scope of application
    The tubular reactor is usually divided into multi-tube series tubular reactor and multi-tube associated tubular reactor according to the different connection modes of pipe.
    Tubular reactors with multi-tube series structure are generally used for gas phase reaction and gas liquid phase reaction. Such as hydrocarbon cracking reaction and liquid phase oxidation of ethylene to acetaldehyde reaction.
    Tubular reactors with multi-tube parallel structure are generally used for gas-solid reaction. For example, gaseous hydrogen chloride and acetylene react to produce vinyl chloride in a multi-tube connected solid phase catalyst, and gaseous nitrogen and hydrogen mixture synthesize ammonia in a multi-tube connected solid phase iron catalyst.
