The MVR distillation system is a process that uses a steam compressor to directly or indirectly increase the temperature and pressure of compressible media. In the reboiler, the condensed medium transfers heat to the bottom material of the tower. This process maintains the energy balance of the distillation system solely through the work of the compressor. By consuming a small amount of high-grade electrical energy, the heat grade of the top heat source of the tower is increased, efficiently recovering the latent heat of vaporization of the top steam, reducing the supply of other heat sources such as steam at the bottom of the tower, and simultaneously lowering the consumption of cooling at the top of the tower, thereby achieving significant energy-saving and consumption-reducing effects.
